Job responsibilities:

Running end to end recruitment processes for IT and Business positions
Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels and geographical reach
Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with candidates
Cooperating with stakeholders and colleagues in developing successful relations with Clients

Requirements:

1 year of professional experience in HR or Recruitment area
Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, methodologies and channels
Sound knowledge of the Technology market specifics
Very good command of English (C1), good command of Polish (B1)
Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented approach and can-do attitude

Nice to have:

Business level of German (B2+) is a big plus
Ability to efficiently recruit on other than Polish markets
