Prepare and co-ordinate the tender questions for tender specification.
Prepare and co-ordinate the tender responses in territory and validate the tender documentation.
Track market information effectively and provide accurate current and forecasted data using information tools available - collaboration with the service sales team, service center, Equipment sales team.
Close internal collaboration that ensures proper delivery of won/accepted - both tender and standard (not public procurement) offers/quotations.
Support Sales Managers with periodic sales performance analysis;
Responsibility for updating Sales Force (CRM) open opportunities
