Our customer is a worldwide leader for cutting and bending systems. We are looking for a RTR Team Leader who will join team located in Kraków.

Project information:

• Location: Kraków; hybrid work model (2/3 days per week remotely)
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Remuneration: 13000 - 15000 PLN gross
• Level: Leader
• Contract length: long-term
• Start date: ASAP/depending on candidate\'s availability

Responsibilities:

• Managing, guiding and supporting RTR Team in everyday tasks
• Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance (KPIs, SLAs)
• Identifying and motivating to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process
• Supporting Transition
• Participating in projects improving existing processes
• Managing relationships with company\'s entities
• Being the Key Point of Contact for RTR process
