Currently we\'re looking for an Junior Procurement Specialist. We don\'t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice or Kraków/hybrid model of working (1 day in the office per week)
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Remuneration: 4000 - 5000 PLN gross (depending on candidate\'s experience)
• Contract length: long-term
• Start date: depending on candidate\'s availability

Responsibilities:

• Supporting 1st line helpdesk for stakeholders and suppliers
• Escalating queries to senior team members if necessary
• Making changes in internal database
• Tracking orders and ensuring records are kept up to date
• Processing purchase requisitions
• Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly
