• Responding calls and e-mails from Partners and Customers
• Managing order backlog in ERP system
• Managing leads in the CRM system
• Sending order related documents to the Partners
• Ensuring correct order pricing and securing necessary approvals for order management exceptions
• Controlling credit limit status
• Supporting other departments by providing updates
