Job responsibilities:

• Establish and manage partnerships with recruitment vendors
• Search for new recruitment vendors mainly in the CEE market providing high-quality service depending on the area of technology, geography, and service
• Work closely with Recruitment and Sales teams to understand position requirements and talent needs
• Manage request and candidate flow
• Monitor and develop rules of cooperation with current and new vendors
• Handle contract management tasks and collaborate with the Finance team
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors according to the pricing policy
• Evaluate and analyze the efficiency of recruitment vendors
