Job responsibilities:

• Leading a team 4 Delivery Consultants within SDLC technical stream
• Running end to end recruitment processes in cooperation with Account Managers, Researchers and Vendors
• Analyzing market trends in order to find the most efficient sourcing channels and tools
• Analyzing team efficiencies to best alocate workforce and increase results
• Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with both Clients and Candidates
• Execute candidate centric proces methodology among in order to deliver highest level of professional service
